I FOUND SOMETHING I LOVE, HOW DO I PAY?

We accept: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard.
Please follow the steps online to complete your order. 

SHIPPING

$10 anywhere in New Zealand.
Freight charge is included at the end.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER

Your garment will arrive to you at least one working day before you need to wear it (usually more) unless there are unforeseen reasons, but we'll keep you in the loop!

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER

We ship New Zealand wide  If you live in the 
Nelson Tasman area we also offer click and collect.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Express orders within New Zealand should arrive within 1-2 business days.
If you ordered via standard, please allow for 3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation of shipping email a few days after your order.
This will provide you with a link to your tracking information.  
If you have chosen the click and collect option please email us
to let us know what day you would like to come and collect your item.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?

All parcels can be left without signature. Please email us at hello@onenightstand.nz if you need a signature for your parcel. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send you the tracking details.  You will also receive your
tracking details direct to your inbox once your item has been shipped.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please check all junk folders in your inbox and spam folders as they
frequently hide in there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email,
please email us at hello@onenightstand.nz

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

With every purchase made we will send you a confirmation email. If you did not receive an email, please check your all junk folders. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at hello@onenightstand.nz  

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

If your payment is declined, it’s a decision made by your cardholder.
It could be due to an incorrect card number, expiry date, account balance.
Please get in touch with your bank to find out what happened.

THERE WAS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?

If you’ve made an error, please submit a request to hello@onenightstand.nz 
and detail the specific changes that need to be made. 

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE A PRODUCT WITH MY ORDER?

We are pretty quick at processing and packing your order, so please
get in touch ASAP and we may be able to amend your order
if it hasn't been processed and packed yet. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

It’s easy. Make sure you keep the return bag included in the parcel.
Once you have worn the dress please pop it into the bag,
and drop it off at your nearest post shop. 

AN ITEM I LOVE ISN’T IN MY SIZE! CAN YOU HELP?

Of course. If there is an item online that you would love to hire and
your size is not available please contact us two weeks out before you
need the item and we can try our best to find it for you.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT 

Please contact our customer support team at hello@onenightstand.nz 
and let us know you forgot to use your code. Then we’ll go from there.  

I DON’T KNOW HOW TO STYLE MY ITEMS. CAN YOU HELP?

We thought you’d never ask! We’re happy to help make sure you’re looking your best and feeling confident in your item(s) from One Night Stand NZ, so we offer a complimentary virtual styling service. We’re happy to recommend other items from our store to go with your existing purchases, as well as staples you may have in your wardrobe. Email us to find out more. 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE THAT I CAN COME AND VISIT?

We’re currently only trading online.
However offer try's on by appointment. 

HOW DO I ARRANGE A TRY ON?

Email or phone to arrange a time and day to try on our garments.  

HOW CAN I CONTACT One Night Stand NZ?

Please email us. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE POST?

Please contact us and we will go from there.
